Evalu-8 has been featured in Facilities Management Journal (FMJ), sharing advice on how businesses can keep track of employees, contractors and agency workers across multiple locations.

The article, titled “How many people working across your client sites can central HR actually see?”, was written by Josh McNicholas from Evalu-8 HR Software and published on 1 October 2026.

Managing a workforce across several sites can be difficult, especially when different teams are responsible for bringing in staff. While permanent employees are usually recorded in HR systems, temporary workers and contractors aren’t always included in the same records.

In the article, Josh looks at how this can leave HR teams without a complete picture of who is working across the business. Information may be held by individual site managers, stored in spreadsheets or shared through emails, making it harder to keep records accurate.

Josh also looks at changes to UK Right to Work requirements and why businesses need to know exactly who is working on their sites, regardless of whether they’re permanent employees or temporary workers.

He recommends that HR teams speak with site and contract managers to check who is working at each location, how their information is recorded and whether there are any gaps that need addressing.

Evalu-8 HR provides businesses with a central place to manage employee records, onboarding, documents and workforce information, helping HR teams stay organised when managing staff across different locations.
