Below you will find a few answers to some common questions.  If you cannot find the answer your looking please either click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner or contact us here. We will be happy to answer any questions.

How do I get started?

It is easy, contact us to start your free trial and over type, add to or edit the templates with your details.  Your first 14 days will be free of charge. If you continue thereafter you will receive an invoice for the amount shown in the organisation section of the admin tab.  See our pricing page for further information.

Will I be tied to a contract?

No, we believe if evlau-8 is not delivering value to your organisation you should be free to walk away.

Can my team members log in?

Yes, and when they do they will see their own bespoke dashboard which displays details of performance against targets, commission or bonus earned evaluations, attendance, meetings and messages.

Which templates are included?

Templates categories included in the trial are: Induction, Probationary review, General reviews, Training feedback, Management, Customer service and Sales.   There are over 400 skills, knowledge or behaviours amongst the templates provided, however it is quick and easy to create your own or copy your existing review forms.  If what you are look for is not included, talk to us as we are happy to help.

 

Is Evalu-8 self-service?

Yes, your employees can log in from any device and request a holiday.  You can set rules as to how many individuals from one team, department or role can be off simultaneously.

 

 

 

What do I need to be able to use Evalu-8?

All you require is an internet connection, Evalu-8 can be used on any device such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and PC’s.

Of course, a desire to improve your staff and your business is needed, but then you are already looking at our site so you must already have this 🙂

Can Evalu-8 manage absences?

Yes, Evalu-8 has a full HR suite built in.  The Bradford Factor system is used for abasnce management and their is a shared calander that shows who is off, when and why.

Can my team book holidays through Evalu-8?

Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (as long as they have a device with an internet conection).  Once logged in within a few clicks they can request a holiday which will be sent to their manager for approval via email and the dashboard.

Can Evalu-8 integrate with other software or hardware?

Yes, a full push and pull API is available, please talk to our team about your specific requirements.

Who can use Evalu-8?

In short, anyone and everyone!

If you are required to evaluate, review, assess, monitor or quality control employees Evalu-8 can quickly and easily be customised to suit your needs.

Is there a limit on employees, departments or teams?

No limits, your team can grow and Evalu-8 will happily grow with you.

How do I pay?

You will be sent a monthly invoice detailing the names of the users and their subsequent fees, this can be paid by BACS, PAYPAL or standing order.

Is Evalu-8 hosted?

Yes, Evalu-8 is hosted on our secure server. 

All your details are kept private and encrypted.

Your data is extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on data security, of course, we would NEVER sell or use any of your data for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.

Who created Evalu-8?

Evalu-8 was developed and tested for over six years before its release. 

It has been designed by multiple award winning fully qualified HR professionals, trainers, teachers, assessors and coaches.

Can an employee self evaluate using Evalu-8?

Yes, an employee can self-appraise using evalu8 and attached doucments or files in exactly the same way their manager can evalu8 them.

Can an employee evaluate a manager or trainer using Evalu-8?

Yes, the employee settings can be configured to allow an employee to evaluate their line manager or provide feedback on training received.

Can I suggest an improvement?
