Part-time telemarketer, up to 20 hours a week

We are looking to recruit a part-time telemarketing person to help facilitate and support our continued growth.  Evalu-8 is an award winning employee management tool (HR software but with many more features).  It is a new and innovative product which impresses everyone that has seen it, we now just need more people to see it.

The role

Your role will be to make cold calls from our database of businesses, identify the correct decision maker and convince them to take part in an online demonstration.  This requires an honest, consultative approach, not a hard sell.  This involves asking open questions, listening careful to the response in order to identify a need, presenting a feature and benefit of Evalu-8 and asking for them to agree to a demonstration. You will work towards targets, for which you will be paid an additional bonus after a qualifying period.

Initially this role is to work from home and full training and ongoing support will be provided.

We are looking for someone to work up to 20 hours a week, ideally Monday to Friday but we are open to being flexible around days and hours.

  • Creativity, Evalu-8 will benefit any organisation, of any size, from any industry. Whilst we provide data you are also encouraged to think outside the box to generate sales.
